Friends of the Mansion
Friends of the Mansion is the nonprofit organization responsible for initializing antique repair and refurbishment efforts in the Georgia Governor's Mansion. The organization solicits private monetary donations to fund these efforts. Friends of the Mansion works together with the Mansion Foundation Executive Fine Arts Committee to ensure that the proper measures for repair and refurbishment are taken.
Georgia State Capitol
The Georgia State Capitol is open to the public 8:00AM to 5:00PM, Monday through Friday and is closed on weekends and holidays. Guided tours are available Monday through Friday at 10:00AM, 11:00AM, 1:00PM, 2:00PM, and 3:00PM. The Capitol is located in downtown Atlanta at the intersection of I-20 and I-75/85, near Underground Atlanta, Atlanta City Hall, and the Five Points and Georgia State MARTA stations
