CRÈME DE MENTHE BROWNIES

 

1 CUP SUGAR

½ CUP BUTTER

4 EGGS, BEATEN

1 CUP FLOUR

½ TSP SALT

1  16 OZ CAN CHOCOLATE SYRUP

1 TSP VANILLA

 

CREAM BUTTER & SUGAR.  ADD EGGS & OTHER INGREDIENTS IN ORDER GIVEN.  POUR INTO GREASED 9x13” PAN.  BAKE 30-45 MINUTES @ 350 DEGREES.

 

MIDDLE LAYER

MIX TOGETHER 2 CUPS POWDERED SUGAR, ½ CUP BUTTER, 2 TBL. GREEN CRÈME DE MENTHE.  SPREAD OVER COOLED BROWNIES.

 

GLAZE

MELT 1 CUP CHOCOLATE CHIPS & 6 TBL BUTTER.  COOL SLIGHTLY.  SPREAD OVER BROWNIES.  CHILL.  CUT INTO SQUARES.
