Toasted Aromatic Pecans

3 cups large pecan halves
1/4 cup butter
1 teaspoon Angostura Bitters (with cocktail mixers in supermarket)
1 teaspoon seasoned salt, plus extra for seasoning

Preheat oven to 300 degrees.  Place pecans in a 9" x 13" pan.  Bake for 15 minutes, stirring once or twice.  Meanwhile, melt butter in a small saucepan, add Bitters and seasoned salt, then stir to blend.  Pour mixture over hot pecans and stir to coat.  Toast another 15 minutes or until pecans reach desired doneness.  Time will depend on size of pecan halves.  Sprinkle with additional seasoned salt if desired.
