2 avocadoes, peeled and sliced
2 Ruby Red Grapefruit, Peeled and Sectioned, no pith
1 cup shredded Romaine
1/2 cup poppyseed dressing

Toss Romaine with 1/4 Cup Dressing
Divide onto 4 plates
Arrange avacado and grapefruit, alternating clices. Drizzle with remaining dressing.
Serves 4

Poppyseed Dressing

1 cup canola oil
1/2 cup white vinegar
1/2 cup sugar or agave nectar
2 tablespoons poppyseeds
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon grated onion
3/4 teaspoon onion powder

Combine all ingredients. Save extra dressing for another use. It is great on fruit salad.
